Roman Chamomile varies a lot depending on where it’s grown.
Mantra Bee's Roman Chamomile is USA-sourced, so it has a softer, herbal meadow scent compared to the sweeter European chamomile some people know. Both are genuine; they’re just from different climates. Also rainfall, sunlight and other seasonal changes can affect the scent profile (similar to wine).
