Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping

At Mantra Bee, we offer flat rate shipping to make your purchase process as simple as possible:

  • Queensland Orders: $10 per order.

  • Interstate Orders: $15 per order.

  • Free Shipping: We provide free shipping for qualifying orders. This will be automatically applied at checkout for orders that meet the free shipping criteria.


We generally use Australia Post for all our domestic shipments. Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location but typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.


International Shipping

For our international customers, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. These costs will be calculated at checkout. We partner with Australia Post and other international carriers to offer reliable and efficient shipping.


Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs charges and inspection, which can delay delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Mantra Bee.

Returns & Exchanges


Return Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Returns: You can return any product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-returnable Items

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns. Contact us at for more information on product-specific return policies.


Process for Returning an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return the Item: Once your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package.


Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
