Domestic Shipping

At Mantra Bee, we offer flat rate shipping to make your purchase process as simple as possible:

• Queensland Orders: $10 per order, free shipping for purchases over $100.

• Interstate Orders: $15 per order, free shipping for purchases over $150.

 

We generally use Australia Post for all our domestic shipments. Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location but typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch, but rural areas or interstate orders might take longer.

 

International Shipping

For our international customers, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. These costs will be calculated at checkout. We partner with Australia Post and other international carriers to offer reliable and efficient shipping.

 

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs charges and inspection, which can delay delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Mantra Bee.​

 

Returns & Refunds – Easy, Honest & Hassle-Free

At Mantra Bee, we believe self-care should be simple – and so should returns.

We get it – sometimes things don’t go to plan. Maybe a product didn’t quite suit you, or your parcel had a rough ride. Whatever the reason, we’re here to make things right with a returns process that’s as natural and gentle as our ingredients.

Returns Made Easy

• Free return shipping on all approved returns within Australia. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label – easy peasy.

• Fast processing: We’ll sort your return or refund within 2–3 business days of receiving your items.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition. (We know – it's the boring bit, but it's important.)

Damaged or Faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’re on it. Please email us with a photo so we can fix the issue straight away.
